A striking tribal art form using only white pigment on a mud-red or ochre background, created by the Warli tribal community using simple geometric shapes, circles, triangles and squares, to depict daily life, harvests, and rituals.
Did you know? Warli paintings are traditionally created using rice paste applied with a bamboo stick chewed at the end to form a crude brush, the entire art form uses no more than these two basic tools and a single colour.
